Wholesale orders require a minimum of ₱10,000. Reseller applications reopen monthly – DM us to join the waitlist!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BDO/BPI), PayPal, Wise, and major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex).
Do you accept international orders?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping fees vary by location, but orders over ₱10,000 (or equivalent) get free shipping.
Can I pay in USD or AUD?
Yes! Prices will be converted to PHP at the current exchange rate.
How long does shipping take?
Philippines: 2-5 business days via J&T.
International: 7-14 business days (varies by carrier).
Will I get proof of my order before shipping?
Absolutely! We’ll send photos of your items + the shipping receipt before dispatch for transparency.
What if my order is lost/damaged during shipping?
We’ll refund or reship only if the error is ours (e.g., wrong item sent). Contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof.
Can I return an item if I don’t like it?
We only accept returns for store errors (e.g., defective/wrong item). All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases.
How do I check if an item is in stock?
All listed products are on-hand unless marked “Pre-Order”. DM us for real-time stock updates!
How do I become a reseller?
Reseller slots open monthly. DM us to apply! Approved resellers get:
- 25% commission per sale
- Free product photos + size charts
- Early access to new collections
Can I mix and match items for wholesale?
Yes! As long as your total reaches ₱10,000, you can choose any combination of products.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Wholesale buyers get 10% off orders ₱10,000+. International resellers enjoy free shipping at ₱15,000+.
