1. Orders & Payments

• Minimum Order:

  • Retail: No minimum.

  • Wholesale: ₱10,000 minimum order value.

• Accepted Payment Methods:
  💳 Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  📱 E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
  🌎 International: PayPal, Wise
  � Bank Transfers: PNB, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, etc.

• Currencies: PHP (default), USD, AUD (converted at current rates).

2. Shipping & Transparency

• Nationwide (Philippines):

  • Free shipping for orders over ₱10,000.

  • Below ₱10,000: Shipping fees apply (calculated at checkout).

• International:

  • Shipping fees vary by location/carrier (DHL, FedEx, etc.).

  • Free shipping for international orders over ₱10,000 equivalent.

• Transparency Promise:
  📸 Photos of your order + shipping receipt will be sent before dispatch.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Eligibility:

  • Refunds/replacements only for store errors (e.g., wrong item sent).

  • No refunds for shipping carrier delays/damage.

• Process:

  • Email marjorieanneriver96@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

    • Order # or name

    • Photos of issue

    • Proof of shipping damage (if applicable).

4. Wholesale & Resellers

• Payment: 100% upfront via bank transfer/e-wallet.

• Cancellations: No cancellations after payment.
